Council on the Ageing (ACT) MyWay integration
When the ACT government rolled out the MyWay public transport system, Council on the Ageing's client database needed to interface with the new transit data on an ongoing basis. I designed and delivered the API integration and database services across two major project revisions, keeping the seniors-card workflow running while the new platform was rolled out.
Result: Integration running in production through two platform revisions; client retained for ongoing services.
ADF training-pipeline rework (Calytrix Technologies)
Contracted as systems and integration lead for an international high-availability ADF training delivery system out of HQJOC, I traced a long-standing reliability and throughput issue to root cause and redesigned the affected stage of the ingest pipeline.
Result: Roughly 25% of the ingest workload eliminated, validated under live exercise conditions in 2024.
Business application delivery for a Sydney SME
Custom internal business applications for a small Sydney firm: workflow automation, reporting, and data integration. Delivered end to end with documentation and handover so the client could operate it without an ongoing dependency.
Result: Delivered to brief. Kept generic here for client confidentiality.

AI-powered comic creation platform. Generates story arcs, scripts, and panel images using the Anthropic API alongside ComfyUI and Ollama, in a production Django, Celery and Redis pipeline, with a visual page-layout editor and Stripe billing.
Sci-Fi Multiplayer Game

Async multiplayer space trading simulation. A living galaxy of factions, economy, and emergent events, where players run ships and contracts across connected systems, with seasonal galaxy resets and a narrative-driven endgame. Built as a Unity 6 WebGL client with a Node and TypeScript backend (Fastify, Prisma, PostgreSQL), Redis and Docker, with LLM-driven narrative generation. Full-stack, in active development.
